The marriage took place in at Dangar Street Wesleyan Church, Wickham on 26 June 1900 and was recorded in the Newcastle Herald in August of that year. By 1905 the family had increased to four members.

Where did Amy and Alex live?

Using information in Vital records, the Australian Electoral Rolls and Sands Directories: Sydney and NSW, we have been able to find many the locations that the Rutledge family lived and worked between 1900 and Alex’s death in 1957.
